Refund and Return Policy

Overview: 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full in-store credit refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:

 

  • Downloadable content (Stock photos, sports, etc…)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send us pictures of the issue

Upon verification, you can keep the defective item, and we will provide you with an in-store credit.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

Once your email has been sent and pictures have been inspected, we will send you an email to notifying the determination and next steps. 

If approved, we will provide you an in-store credit for the same amount as your original order.


Late or missing in-store credit

If you haven’t received a refund yet, send us a follow-up email, and we will take care of it.


Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address}, and we will work on the next steps


Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an in-store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an in-store credit will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an in-store credit to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.


Shipping Returns:

You’ll never have to ship an item back to us, as we will always honor our refund policy (stated above). You receive store credit, and we will take care of the shipping expenses for the new order.
